Rental period :

The minimum rental period is 7 days, from Saturday 4pm to the next Saturday 10am.

Booking conditions :

A 50% deposit is required in order to validate the reservation (excepted during the summer period of July/August where the totality of the payment is asked).
The remaining balance is due at the arrival. A 2500€ deposit and a rental liability release agreement (to be seen with your insurance) are also asked. The deposit is refundable 7 days after the stay.
